Our work is led by a current college soccer coach with extensive experience at the collegiate and elite club levels, supported by a structured advisory process designed to remove confusion, overwhelm, and costly mistakes.

Meet Our Founders
Erik Temple
Co-Founder & Lead Advisor
Erik Temple is a current college soccer coach with deep, firsthand experience in the college recruiting process.
He played and coached at elite levels of the game and has spent his career inside the college soccer ecosystem. Recruiting, evaluating, and advising athletes across Division I, II, III, and NAIA programs. As a former College Pathway Director at a top club, Erik helped nearly 150 athletes navigate recruiting and make informed college decisions.
Erik brings real-time insight, extensive coach relationships, and an honest, strategic approach, helping families understand where an athlete truly fits and how to move forward with confidence.
Grant Temple
Co-Founder & Director of Advisory Operations
Grant Temple oversees the advisory structure, strategy, and operations of Temple Athlete Advisory Group.
A former high-level club soccer player, Grant experienced firsthand how confusing and unforgiving the recruiting process can be without expert guidance. That experience, combined with his professional background in consulting and advisory services, shaped the foundation of this firm.
Grant ensures families receive a clear, well-structured advisory experience. One built around thoughtful guidance, transparency, and sound decision-making at every step.
